Raising money and awareness to battle 4H Leukodystrophy
Helping Families
Our objective is to raise money for research to help families that are affected by 4H Syndrome - an extremely rare form of Leukodystrophy.
It is important that we raise money and awareness because this disease is extremely rare. There are just over 500 cases diagnosed worldwide. It is very difficult to receive federal grants and receive backing from large corporations when there are not enough patients.
We need to do this on our own - until we receive the recognition necessary to make a difference.

Thank you for making the 2024 Fore For 4H Golf Outing a great success! Thanks to YOU we were able to raise $20,000 throughout 2024 - including miscellaneous donations and the Wahoodlum Duckette Draft. And recently - we held our first fundraiser for 2025 by selling Super Bowl Squares! It was a great success - and a fun way to kick off the new year!

We have scheduled the Fore For 4H Golf Outing 2025 for Saturday, July 26th. Unfortunately - Creekwood, our golf course for the last 8 years was sold to a housing developer - and will be closing in March 2025. We have joined forces with Mallard Creek Golf Club to host the event this year. They are located at 34500 Royalton Rd. in Columbia Station - not far from Creekwood. While we are sad to have to relocate - we are excited about our new partnership with Mallard Creek!
